Biscay and East Cantabria
A nice example of Janssonius map of the region centered on Bilbao and extending from S. Andero to Calgurris and Baiona (Bayonne in France).
It shows North Spanish cities such as Bilbao, San Sebastian, Laredo, Vitoria (capital of Basque Country) and Logrono. The river prominently flowing from West to East is the Ebro.
Bottom left a charming vignette of a putti with surveying equipment.
